Shine Summer Special - [ SOLD OUT ]

Shine once again are announcing the return of Leeds most talented Dave Seaman from Peace & Harmony's Brothers In Rhythm, Selador Records & the creator of Brother's Love Dub's epic unforgettable The Mighty Ming track. Side by side his DJ performance comes matched by Leeds legend Gez Varley playing a special LFO DJ set filled with tracks from Warp Records while remembering the recent passing of Warp's LFO co-founder Mark Bell.

This takes place at Leeds Warehouse, Saturday 4th July, headlined by Electribe 101's Billie Ray Martin, known for her Your Loving Arms hit which led to Seaman adding his remix magic. Being one of the most sought after dance musicians for over two decades, her mix collaborations have landed with the likes of Frankie Knuckles while S-Express' Mark Moore in '88 tracked her down for appearing on Top Of The Pops taking Billie's unique voice onto many more TOTP & TV shows throughout the years.

Joining the classy line up are Pacific State & Cubik early days chart hit stompers to be played, from one of the UK's & Manchester's leading clubs during the eighties, Thunderdome residents, 808 State. 808 State DJ pioneers in their own right, were styled as 4 men on 4 decks with guest white rappers MC Buzz Bee & MC Tunes whilst writing compositions with England's first official Acid House Voo Doo Ray track composer A Guy Called Gerald.

Electribe 101's phenomenal cool dancefloor monster Talking With Myself was also remixed by Hacienda mid 80's Circa legend Jon Dasilva, who also join's the bill adding to it's completion of elegance yet Shine proudly finalise it's outstanding line up by announcing a Renaissance return of Leeds lad, DJ Ian Ossia.
